Ø  Attention all 21st Century Scholars, we will be taking a field trip to IUS on June 7. Busses will leave from door 1 at 12:15 and return by 3:00. There is no cost for the trip and it will assist in meeting requirements for your scholarship.  Please look at your announcements for additional fieldtrip information and permission slip. See the attachments for applications.

 

Ø Please pick up your PROM pictures today at Ms. Trulock-Jones desk.

 

Ø  All Meg T-shirts will be in Mrs. Hollis, B307 today for pick up.

 

Ø  All Seniors should stop by the cafeteria to see if they owe or have a positive balance.

 

Ø  Please look in your classrooms for lunch trays.  They all need to be returned before lunch ends tomorrow to the cafeteria.  Thanks.

 

Ø  PM Prosser Seniors – a bus will be bringing you each day from Prosser to NAHS for graduation practice.  The pick-up times vary and are on your senior calendar.

PM Prosser Juniors should stay at Prosser as usual.

 

Ø Students are reminded to return all library books to the library immediately.  No fines will be charged but lost books will need to be paid for before the end of the school year.

 

Ø  From your School Nurse:

All medications in the health office will go home with your child on the last day of school unless you contact me and make other arrangements. Medications will go home in backpacks in a sealed envelope.

 

Ø  National ART Honor Society members need to stop by Mrs. Schultz’s room, B332, to pick up their club t-shirt!  Please bring $1 if you did not pay ahead of time. Thank you!

Ø  Student please return your Rented Calculator or be charged $80.00 after you final exam.

 

Ø  Still need to buy a Yearbook or a Senior Poster?   See Mrs. Faulkner in B305.

Ø  A revised Summer School bus schedule has been posted on the window by Mrs. Daugherty’s desk in the counseling office.  It is also attached to the announcements.

 

Ø  Did you know:  NAHS has a clothing closet stocked with clothes, shoes, socks, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc? Also, if your family is in need of food we can provide a box of non-perishable items to your family. If you or someone you know needs food, clothes, or personal hygiene products please see Mrs. Nolan or your counselor.

Ø  Attention all Juniors: there are NEW shot requirements for next school year!  You will need to have 2 doses of the hepatitis A vaccine as well as 2 doses of the meningitis vaccine (MCV4).  Please make sure you have all of those required vaccines for the start of next school year!!  If you have any questions or concerns please stop by the health office for more information.

Ø  Habit for Humanity Clark and Floyd County Indiana has a new Program Coordinator, Amy Mattson.

Ø  Summer Drivers Ed Registration:  If you are turning 15 over the summer and would like to take Drivers Ed pick up a registration packet in the bookstore.

Ø  Anyone interested in playing football or being a football manager this fall, practices starts Monday at 5:00pm

 

Ø  New Albany Volleyball Summer Camp for Boys and Girls Elementary and Middle School.  See attachment for detail and registration.

 

Ø  The 2018 Basketball Indiana Junior – Senior All – Star Game will be held here Wednesday, June 6, 2018.

Girls Game: 6:00 p.m.  Boys Game to follow – Gates open at 5:00 pm
